We have beautiful mid-summer like weather here in North Jersey and I have the evening free, so what a perfect time for a ballgame. After considering making a return to Coca-Cola Park in Allentown (PA) and TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater, I reconsidered and am going with the closest new ballpark I have yet to see, Bears & Eagles Riverfront Stadium in Newark. I have yet to go to the city (and have had no desire to), but it will be great checking out this Atlantic League ballpark. The Bears take on the Long Island Ducks at 7:05 PM…full review should be up tomorrow.
