I remember it being a fiasco because the cashier couldn’t figure out how to open the register at the beginning of the night to give me change. I believe the area I got one was in the front entrance on the left side just before the Tim Horton’s. It was a little team store kiosk.
Stadium and Arena Visits 
I go to the PPL Center about once a month during the season and I never knew they had a program. Where in the arena did you pick that up?

Ok thanks, that probably explains why I’ve never seen one, as I use the side entrance because that’s closer to the parking garage
